2ND AND 4TH WEDNESDAYS AT 7PM All Welcome to Attend NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER LOCAL ZONING LAW 1 OF 2025 MOVE 2nd MEETING OF THE MONTH Notice is hereby given that the Village Board of the Village of Cassadaga will hold a Public Hearing pursuant to the Village Law to provide the public with an opportunity to comment on a proposed Local Zoning Law. Said hearing will be held on December 29, 2025, at 7:00 PM at the Community Building, 22 Mill Street, Cassadaga, New York, which time all persons will be given an opportunity to be heard. Written or oral statements will be received at this time. The regular second monthly meeting will follow immediately after the public hearing is closed. Please take further notice that a copy of said Local Law is on file with the Village Clerk, 22 Mill Street on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM unless other arrangements are made.
